You must be an full or part-time resident of Chatham or Harwich to join the Chatham-harwich Newcomers Club.

Do I have to be new to the area to join the Chatham-Harwich Newcomers Club?

No. No matter how long you have resided in either Chatham or Harwich, you can become a member.

I have lived in Chatham/Harwich for many years, can I still join the Newcomers Club?

Yes! Any resident of the town of Chatham or Harwich, regardless of how long you have lived there, is welcome to become a member.

Can family members or friends join me in club activities?

No! Only members can attend activities and events. No non-member guests are permitted to participate. There is no exception to this rule.

How much is the membership fee and what does it cover?

The annual membership fee is $25 per person. For couples, each person is required to have a membership to participate. Your membership fee goes towards covering the overhead expenses that are incurred in running the club.

Is there an additional fee required to participate in activities?

It depends on the activity. For example, to join in on the bowling activity, there is a fee to rent shoes and pay for the games. But if you join a hike, then there is no additional fee.
